Classes will run for four-week sessions followed by a week
that everyone is invited to join our Wednesday evening service.

Caring for Aging Parents and Older Adults with Love and Honor
Led by Rev. Leslie Byrd, Family Life Center 207
Going from the one who has
always been cared for to the
person, who is now caring for an
older adult, or parent, can be a
difficult transition. How to provide
the best care can be
overwhelming. During this 8-week
session, join Pastor Leslie and
explore the many ways to care for
a loved one with compassion,
patience and understanding.
We will hear from several persons
who are experiencing the journey
first-hand.
Organizing 101
Led by Valerie Arends, Family Life Center 206
This class will take you
through a lighthearted look at why
you may be disorganized and how
to overcome the clutter. Step one
for that New Year’s resolution to
get it all together before next
Christmas!
Chancel Choir
Rehearsal 7:30 PM in the Sanctuary
No audition required. You do not need to be
a church member to join the choir. Contact Dr.

We
would like to welcome Youth to become a part of
the music and fine arts ministry. There are
several Youth ensembles to choose from including
a Youth Praise Team. We are dedicated to making Christ
better known through all of the worship arts.

Promise
Choir (Grades 3-6)
6:00-6:30 PM, FLC Room 109 Children learn about the love of Jesus through
music and share it with others in worship and at
special events.
Middle School, Youth House
Senior High, Hallelujah Center
DeepDISH is a place to discuss the Bible in a
small-group setting. Supper is served in the
Family Life Center at 5:30 for $5 where youth
gather until DeepDISH begins. The YOUTH DINER
area is open on the FLC stage for games and
fellowship during Wednesday Night Life Dinner.
Kids Klub (K-6) -
Kristin Springer
Activities and classes for children will be
available in the Family Life Center.

Dinner is served from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM in the
Family Life Center Gym. Cost is $5 for adults
and $2.50 for children under 12.
All dinners served with 2 sides, salad, dessert
and drink. Children's menu available.
January 27
Just Peachy Chicken
You are invited to come for dinner even if
you do not attend a class.
Extended Childcare
Childcare is offered for children 0 -
2 years of
age during all classes. Children in Kids' Klub
will be dismissed from their respective programs
to Extended Childcare (games, study hall, etc.)
from 7:30 pm until 9:00pm (or until Adult
Classes/Choir, etc. are over). Nurseries are
located in the hallway between the Sanctuary and
Family Life Center. The nursery coordinator is
Stefanie Kamerman. |
