9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Faithfully Fit Forever (FFF) is a non-denominational faith community based exercise, devotion and health education program that focuses on the body, mind and spirit connection.

Participants enjoy the safe, familiar and supportive environment that their place of worship has to offer and have reported weight loss, lower blood pressure and improved endurance, strength, balance and flexibility.
The cost of this training is $75 and includes 16 weeks of professional training, a training manual , educational materials, devotional resources and an exercise leadership video.
