This form is to request the use of our facilities by outside organizations. If you would like to plan an event as an internal ministry of our church, please contact Jan Valendy instead of using this form. Facility reservations for internal ministries must have a staff liaison. Jan can assist in directing you to the appropriate staff member.
Before completing this form, please read the Property Use Policy carefully to insure that our facilities meet the needs of your organization and its budget. All reservations for groups outside the church have associated fees, some due before space is reserved with the balance due before each event. If you contribute to Keller UMC financially, the fee may be reduced by up to half the stated amount. For details contact Melanie Grice, Executive Director of Operations.
Your request will be considered by the Executive Committee of Keller UMC. If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation document with details. Your reservation is not confirmed until the document is signed and returned with payment for both the security deposit and 50% of projected fees.
